V\u00f5i siis nii, et valmistamiseks keeda siirup veest ja suhkrust (1 l vett, 1 kg suhkrut). Pane n\u00f5usse 1 l v\u00f5rseid ja kalla neile kuum siirup peale. Lase t\u00f5mmata. Mina tavaliselt j\u00e4tan siirupi t\u00f5mbama \u00fcle\u00f6\u00f6. Jahtunud t\u00f5mmis kurna, lase korraks uuesti keema, v\u00f5id lisada maitseks ka veidi sidrunimahla v\u00f5i \u2013 hapet ja kalla pudelitesse ning sulge \u00f5hukindlalt. Siirupi kuumutamise kestvusest s\u00f5ltub ka siirupi v\u00e4rv, mida kauem kuumutada, seda tumedama siirupi saad kuid kaotad sisus, toimeained v\u00e4henevad. Mina olen siinkohal seisukohal, et ilu ei s\u00fcnni patta panna ja eelistan pigem sisu v\u00e4limusele. Kuumutan umbes 5- 10 min, et olla kindel paremas s\u00e4ilivuses. Kui tahan veidi tumedamat siirupit, peaks kuumutama v\u00e4hemalt 30 min.<\/p>\r\n

Kuusev\u00f5rseid v\u00f5ib ka kuivatada. Kuivatatud v\u00f5i ka s\u00fcgavk\u00fclmast v\u00f5etud kuusekasvudest tee valmistamiseks v\u00f5ta 1 kl vee kohta 2 spl kasve, lase t\u00f5mmata termoses 10-12 h ja juua 3 korda p\u00e4evas klaasit\u00e4is k\u00f6ha leevendamiseks.<\/p>\r\n

Sarnaselt kuusele v\u00f5ib koguda ka m\u00e4nnikasve. Kasuta v\u00e4rskelt v\u00f5i kuivata talveks. H\u00e4sti m\u00f5jub \u00fclemiste hingamisteede korral m\u00e4nnikasvu aur. V\u00f5ta 0,5 l keeva vee kohta peot\u00e4is kasve, lase paar minutit t\u00f5mmata ja saadki auru sisse hingata. Tee tegemiseks v\u00f5ta klaasi vee kohta 2 spl peenestatud kasve, lase korraks keema ja lase soojas t\u00f5mmata 45 min. Juua soojalt veerand klaasi korraga 4-5 korda p\u00e4evas. Aitab k\u00f6ha puhul r\u00f6ga lahtistada. M\u00e4nnikasve v\u00f5ib kasutada ka nohu- ja k\u00f6hasalvide valmistamisel.<\/p>\r\n

Esimesed kollased \u00f5iekesed toob meile n\u00e4ha paiseleht. Paiseleht on antiseptiline ja p\u00f5letikuvastane, r\u00f6galahtistav, mist\u00f5ttu kasutatakse teda enamasti k\u00f6hateena. V\u00f5ib korjata nii lehti kui \u00f5isi, enamlevinud on siiski lehtede korjamine. Pane aga t\u00e4hele, et esmalt paiseleht \u00f5itseb ja lehed ilmuvad hoopis hiljem. V\u00f5ilillesiirupit kauem kuumutades vesi aurustub ja saad paksema siirupi. Siirupit v\u00f5id lisaks toitude maitsestamisele kasutada ainevahetuse korrastamiseks. Selleks v\u00f5ta enne s\u00f6\u00f6ki 1-2 spl siirupit.\"\"<\/p>\r\n

Raviks tarvitatakse peamisel v\u00f5ilillejuuri, mida korjatakse s\u00fcgisel alates septembrist v\u00f5i kevadel kuni \u00f5itsemiseni. \u00dcrti kogutakse \u00f5itsemise ajal mais ja juunis. Kasutatakse eelk\u00f5ige kergemate seedeh\u00e4irete (k\u00f5hugaasid, t\u00e4isk\u00f5hutunne) leevendamiseks. Juuret\u00f5mmis lahtistab sapikive ja m\u00f5jub h\u00e4sti maksale.<\/p>\r\n
